Our Estimate Procedures
We take pride in giving our customers the most accurate quote. Therefore, our company procedure is to conduct an estimate as follows:
- Our estimator will come out to the job site within 48 hours of your request
- The customer does not have to be present at time of estimate
- Estimates are usually done from the exterior of the building unless otherwise requested by the customer
- If the customer is not present, our estimator will leave a business card letting the customer know the date and time that the estimate was completed
- The estimate is based on interior/exterior cleaning of the windows unless otherwise stated by the customer
- The estimate is calculated by using the following criteria:
- The count, size and style of the windows
- If the windows have removable or non-removable grids
- If the windows contain storm windows and screens
- If the customer would like any other services performed, such as, screen cleaning, blind cleaning, outdoor light fixture cleaning, skylight cleaning or mirror cleaning
- Whether the customer would prefer interior and exterior cleaning, interior only or exterior only. Our company will happily provide more than one estimate based on the customer's window cleaning needs
- To ensure we give our customers an accurate quote, the estimate is calculated in the office and not on site
- Once the quote has been completed, we promptly call our customers within 24-48 hours
- The customer is not obligated to schedule an appointment, however, they may do so if they are satisfied with our quote
