Employment Requirements:

• Must have a valid PA driver's license
• Must have clean background record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have great attention to detail
• Must possess a professional and enthusiastic work ethic
• Must have good communication skills
• Window Cleaning experience preferred

Job Specifications:

• Job may require operations of:

             - Work vehicles

             - Aerial lifts

             - Bucket trucks

• Must be able to use ladders safely
• Must be able to safely perform duties at different heights
• Must be able to safely handle chemicals
• Must be able to read and interpret a map
